MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Om Prakash is managing director of the Apogaeis Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Om Prakash ensures company acts in accordance with the company’s constitution and governs the organization by establishing broad policies and objectives. He promotes the success of the company for the benefit of its members as a whole and takes care for other matters of day-to-day management of the business and company. He closely gets involved and reviews the performance of the company as per the pre-set targets.
Mr. Om Prakash participates in formulation and deployment of business strategy in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Om Prakash governs the reports and accounts, annual returns, approves annual budgets etc. of the company and also ensures the availability of adequate financial resources .
Mr. Om Prakash has more than 30 years of experience in the field of transportation, logistics and managing firms. He holds a degree in B.A. and B.Ed.

RAVI PRAKASH
ENTREPRENEUR & INVESTOR
Ravi is an entrepreneur from more than a decade. His primary business is on real estate and slowly moving into information technology and services. Ravi drives the financial aspects of the organization. He takes care for the investment and funding of the organization, responsible for capital raising etc. He has strong experience in taking strategic decision and long term budgeting from the organization point of view.
Ravi received his master degree in Botany and post graduate diploma in computer application. He also earned Bachelor of Laws during his education.
